Speakers
Leandro Corso
He holds postdoctoral qualifications from Monash University (Australia) and the Naval Postgraduate School (United States). He earned his Doctorate and Master's degrees from UFRGS and his undergraduate degree as an Engineer from UCS. Currently, he serves as a Professor and Researcher at UCS. He has a distinguished track record of collaborations with multinational companies, specializing in operations research, large-scale optimization, and artificial intelligence.
Valdir Cardoso
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from UDESC (1996), with a specialization in structural analysis from UFSC (2000). He has over 22 years of experience in the fields of simulation and testing applied to product development. He began his professional career in 2000 in the CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) field, and in 2005, he led the establishment of Altair Engineering's Brazilian office, serving as the technical leader of that office until 2008. In that year, he was transferred to Altair's headquarters in the United States, where he worked for two years. Since 2011, Valdir Cardoso has been the President of Altair in Brazil.
Juliano Perelli
With over 20 years of experience, Juliano Perelli holds a degree in Production Engineering, an MBA in Business Management, and a technologist degree in Mechatronics with an emphasis on integrated systems. He is responsible for the Tactical Marketing area for Tractors in LATAM, where he oversees strategic market and product analysis, PMO for social and sustainable projects, and strategies for launching new products.
Jefferson Almeida
Jefferson de Almeida is the Supplier Development Manager for Bosch Latin America. He has 20 years of experience in operations management, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supplier development, working in various business units of the Bosch Group in plants in Brazil and Germany. He is responsible for several Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 projects in SMEs and leads the "I4.0 in Suppliers" project, which aims to enable small and medium-sized enterprises to enter the new industrial era and achieve new levels of operational performance. Additionally, he is a mechanical technologist graduate from UNIMEP, holds a postgraduate degree in Quality Engineering from UNICAMP, and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
Bruno Trasatti
Graduated in mechatronics engineering and computer science from UNESP, with a master's degree in artificial intelligence from UFRGS, currently pursuing a Ph.D. at UFRGS in the field of energy with a focus on artificial intelligence. Has industrial experience in digital manufacturing, working with digital transformation and artificial intelligence, and has provided technological support to over 60 companies in Brazil, working on technological development projects. Currently works as a Business Development Manager in Technology at SENAI-RS.
