Speakers
André Godoy
A native of Caxias do Sul, André Vanoni de Godoy is an entrepreneur, business administrator, and lawyer, with a master's degree in Law. He served as a full member of the Deliberative Council of SEBRAE/RS for 19 years, where he chaired the Ethics Committee for 4 years. He was a Director of the FIERGS System for 18 years. He also held the positions of President of the Association of Administrators of the Northeast Region of RS (1992/1993), President of the Deliberative Council of the Chamber of Industry, Commerce, and Services of Caxias do Sul (2008/2010), and President of the Advisory Council of SESI/Caxias do Sul (2000/2006). In 2022, he received the Administrator of the Year Award from AANERGS, and in 2023, he was honored with the Merit in Private Sector Administration Award from CRA. He has been the Director-General of SEBRAE/RS since January 14, 2019.
Ayrton Ramos
Ayrton Pinto Ramos holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal and Social Sciences, with specializations in Marketing and Business Management, and a Master's degree in Administration. He has a strong professional background in sectoral project management, international business, and customer relationship-focused ventures. He worked in the market, international, and sectoral business areas of SEBRAE-RS and later served as the Manager of International Relations and Foreign Trade, as well as the Manager of the Industry Relations Unit at FIERGS/CIERGS. Since 2015, he has been serving as the Technical Director of SEBRAE-RS.
