Daniela Cardeal
Daniela Cardeal holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and an MBA in Business Management from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). She has over 25 years of experience in the renewable energy and sustainability sector. She is the Director of Operations at DGE Renewable Solutions, Director of Operations and Sustainability, and a Board Member at the Renewable Energy Industry Union of Rio Grande do Sul (Sindienergia-RS). She also serves as a Board Member on the Deliberative Council and as the Coordinator of the Women's Committee at the Society of Engineers of Rio Grande do Sul (SERGS). Additionally, she is a Board Member at the Amcham POA Joint Committee and the Sustainability Advisory Board at Amcham-Brasil, as well as a Board Member on the Environmental and Sustainability Council (CODEMA) and the Foreign Trade Council (CONCEX) of the Federation of Industries of Rio Grande do Sul (FIERGS).
Jean Carlos Flohr
Jean Flohr is an electrical engineer specializing in Electric Mobility. He has been working at WEG Equipamentos Elétricos for 20 years and is currently in the sales department for electric vehicle charging infrastructure businesses.
Carlos Magnani
Carlos Magnani is a renowned professional in the field of energy efficiency, serving as Director of Magnani Luz e Energia company. His strong academic background includes a postgraduate degree in Renewable Energies from the University of Caxias do Sul (UCS), demonstrating his commitment to seeking sustainable energy solutions. Additionally, Carlos Magnani holds an MBA in Marketing from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), reflecting his ability to blend technical knowledge with management and business strategy skills. His dedication to advancing electric mobility is also evidenced by his extension course at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), showcasing his commitment to staying abreast of trends and innovations in the industry. Carlos Magnani is a prominent figure in the energy field, dedicated to promoting sustainable and efficient solutions for the energy future.
Rodrigo Mianes
Rodrigo Mianes is a PhD candidate in Mining, Metallurgical, and Materials Engineering (UFRGS), with a master's degree in Production Engineering (UFRGS, 2016), and a specialization in Strategic Business Management (PUCRS, 2014). He earned his bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronic Engineering (PUCRS, 2012). He currently serves as the Operations Manager at the SENAI Institute of Mechatronics Technology (Caxias do Sul – RS) and the SENAI Institute of Wood and Furniture Technology (Bento Gonçalves – RS). With 18 years of experience in quality management systems, metrology, and conformity assessment, he has also worked as a manager/coordinator for scientific research and service projects involving large companies and institutions in the country. He represented Brazil in the IEC Young Professionals 2018 program of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), a global initiative that recognizes young professionals with significant contributions to conformity assessment and the development of internationally used standards. Additionally, he works as a specialist for the Cgcre of Inmetro in laboratory accreditation and testing assessments according to the ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation standar.
Carlos Eduardo Beraldo
Carlos Eduardo Beraldo is a product engineer with 17 years of experience in engineering, marketing intelligence for axle and suspension systems, and electrification mobility for commercial and heavy vehicles in both local and international markets.
